What Happens When a Solar Panel is Recycled?
  Solar panel recycling requires careful handling of these different components. Glass, silicon, metal, and plastic need to be separated and reused as much as possible. The entire process takes time and expertise because there are different steps to prevent contamination and safely dismantle the panel into raw components.

1.Shredding: Use a shredder to shred the solar back panel after removing the aluminum frame and glass.
2. Crushing: The shredded materials enter the crusher to separate the battery cells, back plates and metal.
3. Grinding: The crushed materials enter the mill and are ground into uniform particles.
4. Screening: The ground material enters the screening machine to separate the EVA and the backing plate, and first collect the silver silicon powder.
5. Magnetic Separation: Use a magnetic separator to screen out the ferrous metals in the remaining materials.
