Application of Wire Cable Separator Recycle Machine

Copper Wire Recycling Machine process the waste electric wire and cable into copper and plastic granule. Copper is separated from the plastic, separation efficiency can be 99%. For the copper granule, it can be sold directly or go to further refining. Through our copper electrolysis machine, the copper can be refined into cathode copper in above 99.99% purity. The plastic granules normally are PVC or rubber material, it can also be sold directly.

A copper wire granulator first crushes waste wires into copper-plastic mixed particles, then removes some impurities through air separation or vibrating screening, and finally separates copper grains (copper rice) from plastic particles by electrostatic separation or gravity separation to achieve copper-plastic separation and recycling.

1.Crushing: Put waste cables into the crusher, which tears and cuts them into particles of about 3cm.

2.Sorting: Crushed materials enter the air-flow specific gravity separator to separate copper and plastic by density; incompletely separated materials undergo secondary separation via electrostatic separator.

3.Collection: Separated copper rice and plastic enter the collection tanks respectively to complete recycling.
