Solar Panel Glass Removing Machine is the core equipment for the recycling and processing of PV modules, which realizes the efficient stripping and resource utilization of the glass layer in the waste PV panels through the combination of physical and thermal technologies. It can adapt to photovoltaic panels with a width of 800mm-1300mm, with flat surface and no curling edges.


The equipment can be integrated into the crushing and sorting production line to achieve graded recycling of aluminum frame, glass, silicon wafers and other materials. Adopting modular design, it supports customized dismantling size on demand and adapts to different types of photovoltaic panels.



1. Infrared heating makes the EVA film lose its adhesion and reduces the bonding strength between the glass and the battery sheet.
2. Multi-stage knife roller group exerts gradient shear force on the laminated parts to realize non-destructive separation of glass and backsheet.
3. Glass removal rate is 85~95%.
4. Processes 60-70 pieces/hour.
