The main components of photovoltaic modules are Aluminum Frame,tempered glass, Solar cell, EVA Encapsulant and Back sheet. Among them, the main component of glass is silica, secondary components are soda, limestone, magnesium oxide, alumina, mirabilite, carbon.

The rest of the components in a solar panel consist of good quality glass, aluminium frames, polymers,silicon, copper and silver paste (used for the printed conductors on each cell), all of which (up to 95%), can in principle be successfully recycled.

The waste solar panel recycling equipment can efficiently dismantle solar panels, first remove the aluminum frame, and then separate the glass; then separate silicon powder, EVA glue, iron, copper and other metals through shredding, crushing, magnetic separation, grinding, sorting and other equipment.

. Remove the aluminum frames

The recycled waste photovoltaic panels are first used to remove the aluminum frame of the solar panel using a frame removal machine to obtain metallic aluminum.

. Remove the glass

This equipment is specially designed for glass removal equipment of photovoltaic modules, which can efficiently, quickly and safely remove glass from photovoltaic modules, with a glass removal rate of more than 98%.

1.Shredding: Use a shredder to shred the solar back panel after removing the aluminum frame and glass.
2. Crushing: The shredded materials enter the crusher to separate the battery cells, back plates and metal.
3. Grinding: The crushed materials enter the mill and are ground into uniform particles.
4. Screening: The ground material enters the screening machine to separate the EVA and the backing plate, and first collect the silver silicon powder.
5. Magnetic Separation: Use a magnetic separator to screen out the ferrous metals in the remaining materials.
6. Specific Gravity Sorting: The remaining materials enter the specific gravity sorting machine to sort out EVA glue and pure copper particles respectively.
7. Dust Removal: Each of our production lines will be equipped with dust removal equipment to avoid environmental pollution during the recycling process.
